U6 · U5 IT Tickets+ AI Fix AssistantHow the AI works

People ask on WhatsApp. The AI reads it first.

Tickets arrive from email, WhatsApp and a desktop app. The AI Fix Assistant reads the ticket and the device data, suggests the likely cause with its evidence, and runs only the scripts your team has approved.

Two kinds of IT team

Many clients, or one company with many floors.

Managed service providers

Each client is its own tenant with separate data, policies, windows and queues. The NOC screen shows them all at once.

  • Per-client SLA, billing time and monthly reports
  • White-label portal and PDF reports on 42U
  • PSA integrations and API for your own tooling
  • Technician access limited to assigned clients

In-house IT teams

Split one organisation by site or department, such as wards in a hospital, campuses in a school group, or lines in a plant.

  • Department queues and reports for each head
  • Patch windows that respect shifts and exam weeks
  • Licence counts for audits and renewals
  • Replacement lists ready for budget season

Guardrails

The AI works the night shift. It does not hold the keys.

Clear limits on what runs, when it runs, and what data is collected.

The AI may

  • Read alerts, tickets, event logs and device data
  • Explain the likely cause and the evidence for it
  • Suggest a fix from your approved script library
  • Run an approved script inside an approved window
  • Open, update and route tickets

The AI never

  • Writes a new script and runs it
  • Runs anything outside the window you set
  • Changes policies, approvals or user accounts
  • Starts a remote session on anyone’s screen
  • Acts on a client where you have not switched it on

Encrypted connections Agents talk to the platform over TLS 1.2 or later. Data is encrypted at rest.

Separate per client Each client’s data is kept apart and never sold or shared.

Permission first Remote access needs the user’s approval and shows a visible notice.

IT data only No keystrokes, browsing or screen recording. Device health, not people.

Setup

First site reporting before lunch.

  1. 00:00Create the account

Sign up and your login details arrive by email. The 1U plan covers 25 devices.

  2. 00:10Deploy the agent

Run the MSI or PKG, or push it with Group Policy or Intune to the whole site.

  3. 00:25First scan

Devices check in, inventory fills itself, and SNMP finds the printers and switches.

  4. 02:00Policies and windows

Pick a template, set alert thresholds and the first maintenance window.

  5. Day 30First report

The first monthly report drafts itself from a month of real data.

Questions

Questions from the night shift

The things IT leads and MSP owners ask before they install the first agent.

Does it work for Windows and Mac?

Yes. The agent runs on Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server 2016 to 2025, and macOS 13 or later. Printers, switches, routers, firewalls and UPS units are monitored over SNMP without an agent.

Can MSPs manage many clients from one screen?

Yes. Every client has its own policies, maintenance windows, ticket queue and reports, and the NOC view shows all of them together. Technicians can be limited to the clients they look after.

Does the AI run fixes on its own?

Only scripts you have approved, in the time windows you set, for clients where you have switched it on. Everything else is a suggestion that waits for a technician. Every input, decision and command is logged with the ticket.

Can staff raise tickets on WhatsApp?

Yes. Link a WhatsApp Business number and messages become tickets in the right client queue, with photos attached. Replies from the technician go back to the same chat.

Is remote access included?

Yes, on the 12U and 42U plans. A session always needs the user to accept it, and a visible notice stays on their screen until it ends. Unattended access to servers can be enabled per device by an administrator.

How long does setup take?

Most teams have their first site reporting within an hour. Create the account, deploy the agent by hand, Group Policy or Intune, and the first scan finishes in minutes. Policies and patch windows usually take an afternoon.

Is device data used to watch employees?

No. Agents collect what IT needs to keep devices healthy: performance, software, updates and events. They do not record keystrokes, browsing or screen activity, and data is never sold.
