U5 AI Fix AssistantFrom the 12U plan

A diagnosis in seconds. A fix only when you allow it.

The AI Fix Assistant reads alerts, tickets and device data, explains the likely cause with the evidence it used, and proposes a fix from your approved script library. It runs only those scripts, only inside the windows you set, and logs every step.

Every input, decision and command is written to the ticket log.

How it works

Four steps, printed on the rack label.

  1. STEP 01Read the signals

Alerts, event logs, recent changes, patch history and the words in the ticket, for the device in question.

  2. STEP 02Explain the cause

A short diagnosis with a confidence level and the evidence behind it, such as Event ID 7031 at 09:12.

  3. STEP 03Match a fix

It picks a script from your approved library. If nothing fits, it says so and suggests manual steps instead.

  4. STEP 04Run within limits

Approved scripts run in approved windows. Anything else waits for a technician to press the button.

Capabilities

What AI Fix Assistant does every day.

Root cause, with evidence

Every diagnosis lists the alerts, log entries and changes it is based on, so a technician can check the reasoning.

Approved script library

Restart Spooler, clear temp files, flush DNS, reset Windows Update, retry a backup to the cloud target, and your own.

Time windows

Each script can run only in the hours you allow per client, for example after 20:00 or during the patch window.

Three autonomy levels

Suggest only, run with one-click approval, or run approved scripts unattended. Set per client and per script.

Full action log

What it read, what it concluded, what it ran, the output and the result, kept with the ticket.

Hard limits

It cannot write new scripts and run them, change policies, or start remote sessions. Those stay with people.

Spec sheet

Responsible AI and security

Limits that are written down, not implied.

Approved scripts only

The assistant runs scripts from the library your team approved. It cannot write a new script and run it.

Approved windows only

Each script has the hours it may run per client. Outside them, the fix waits for a technician.

Remote access needs permission

Remote sessions are started by people, need the user to accept, and show a visible notice throughout.

IT data, not people data

Device data is used for IT management only. No keystrokes, browsing history or screen recording.

Encrypted and separate

Agents connect over encrypted channels. Each client’s data is kept separate, encrypted at rest and never sold.

Every action logged

What it read, what it concluded, what it ran and the output, stored with the ticket for review.
