A signed MSI for Windows and a PKG for macOS. Deploy by hand, by Group Policy, by Intune, or from a link in an email.
STEP 02Discover the network
One agent per site scans its subnet over SNMP and finds printers, switches, routers, firewalls and UPS units.
STEP 03Apply a policy
Start from a template for offices, clinics, schools or plants, then tune thresholds per client, site or device.
STEP 04Act on what matters
Duplicate alerts fold into one. Critical alerts page the on-call technician; warnings wait for the morning queue.
