Privacy Policy

What information the platform collects, why, how it is protected, and what it is never used for.

01Scope

This policy covers two kinds of information: account information about the people who use the platform, and device and helpdesk data that our customers collect from the computers and networks they manage.

For device and helpdesk data, our customer (the MSP or the company IT team) decides what is collected and why. We process that data on their behalf and only to provide the service.

02Account information

  • Name, work email, company, role and the details given on the sign up or contact form.
  • Technician login records, such as sign-in times, IP addresses and multi-factor settings.
  • Billing contacts and invoices for paid plans. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us.

03Device data collected by the agent

The agent collects what IT needs to keep devices healthy and up to date:

  • Hardware details: make, model, serial number, CPU, memory, disks, battery and BIOS version.
  • Health: CPU, memory and disk use, uptime, temperatures, services and selected event log entries.
  • Software: installed applications and versions, missing updates and patch history.
  • Network: hostname, IP and MAC addresses, and SNMP readings from printers, switches and similar devices.
  • The name of the signed-in Windows or macOS user account, so assets and tickets can be linked to the right person.
  • Backup job results from supported backup software.

04What the agent does not collect

Device data is for IT management only, not for monitoring what employees do. The agent does not record:

  • Keystrokes, browsing history or the content of emails, chats and documents.
  • Screen recordings or screenshots, except a screenshot a user chooses to attach to a ticket.
  • Location tracking beyond the network information listed above.

05Remote access

A remote session to a user’s screen always needs that user to accept it, and a visible notice stays on screen until the session ends. Unattended access can be enabled only by an administrator, only for devices such as servers that have no regular user. Sessions are logged with the technician, device, start time and end time.

06AI Fix Assistant

The AI Fix Assistant reads alerts, tickets and device data for the client it is working on, to suggest a likely cause and a fix. It runs only scripts approved by the customer’s IT team, inside the time windows they set. Every input, decision, command and output is logged with the ticket.

Customer data is not used to train general-purpose AI models, and it is not shared between customers.

07How information is used

  • To provide monitoring, patching, inventory, helpdesk, backup checks, reports and AI fixes.
  • To create accounts and send login details, service notices and invoices.
  • To keep the service secure, investigate misuse and meet legal obligations.
  • To improve the product using aggregated, de-identified usage statistics.

08Security and separation

  • Agents connect over encrypted channels (TLS 1.2 or later). Data is encrypted at rest.
  • Each client’s data is kept logically separate, and technicians can be limited to the clients assigned to them.
  • Technician accounts support multi-factor authentication, and administrator actions are audit-logged.
  • Access by our own staff is limited to support and operations needs and is logged.

09Sharing

Data is never sold. It is shared only with:

  • Infrastructure, email and payment providers that help us run the service, under contracts that protect the data.
  • Integrations a customer switches on, such as a PSA tool or WhatsApp Business.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

10Retention and deletion

Device history is kept for the period included in the customer’s plan. When a device is removed, its data is deleted after 30 days. When an account is closed, customer data is deleted within 60 days, apart from records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

11Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your account information. If you are an employee whose device is managed by one of our customers, please contact your IT team first, as they control that data. For anything else, reach us through the contact page.

12Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects how data is used, account administrators will be told by email before the change takes effect.
