Paid plans bill on the highest number of active devices during the month. Devices that are retired stop counting from the next billing period.
Yes. Upgrades apply straight away and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period, and data from modules you leave is kept for 30 days.
No. 42U is priced per device across all your clients, so adding a small client does not add a platform fee. Volume pricing starts at 2,500 devices.
